What you get: the VendMax TCG Purchase Tracker Google Sheet on a slim card-style USB drive, mailed to you in a letter-size mailer. Plug it in, open the file on the drive, and it opens a link that makes your own copy of the Google Sheet in your Google account (a free Google account is required; works on computer, tablet, or phone with the Google Sheets app).

Dropdowns for where you bought, era, set, language, and pack type — plus Settings for tax, location cut, card fees, and target profit. Cost per pack and recommended sale price fill in automatically.

Whether you're buying for a personal collection or running a trading card vending business, keep all purchases in one place, mark Received when orders arrive, and compare buys before you set machine prices.

How it works

1. Plug the USB drive into your computer.
2. Open the “OPEN ME” file on the drive — it opens the tracker link in your web browser.
3. Sign in to your Google account and click Make a copy. The tracker is now yours, saved in your own Google Drive.
4. Set your yellow rates on the Settings tab.
5. Log purchases on the Purchases tab — cost/pack and recommended sale update automatically.
6. Enter the price you put in the machine — Status shows Good vs Too cheap.
